How do I care for my jewelry?
To ensure the necklace remains in pristine condition, here are some helpful care instructions. Wear it in water, including in the shower or while swimming but remember to dry it afterward. Clean with soap, and water and gently dry if tarnishing occurs, and ensure it’s dry before storage. Store separately to prevent tarnish transfer, and avoid chemicals and impacts while wearing. These steps will help preserve your jewelry’s shine and quality.
Do you offer customization or engraving services?
We offer customized personalized names on pendants for necklaces. Also, offer for customers to personalize the message cards.
I was sent the wrong/defective item. What should I do?
To get a replacement or refund for a wrong/faulty, damaged item, please send us a photo of the item you received. This information helps us improve our service.

You’ve got 2 hours to cancel your order. If you don’t, it’ll automatically be packed up and sent out. No more cancellations after that.
