General shipping
– All products are proudly printed & shipped in the United States.
– Orders print and ship Monday-Friday.
– Some items in order may ship separately in some cases, but most of the time it will be shipped in one package for 10 items.
– We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
When will I get my stuff?
PRODUCTION TIMES:
– Normal Product: 1 – 3 business days
– Personalized/Customized Product: 4 – 5 business days
SHIPPING TIMES:
+ Standard (7 – 10 Business Days)
+ Expedited (3 – 5 Business Days)

Tracking
When available, we will send you a tracking number by email so that you can track the package online.
Shipping multiple orders
If you place multiple orders with the same shipping address on the same day, we can combine them. However, please note that orders processed day by day, especially those placed on different days, may not be shipped together. Personalized orders are an exception; they are held for confirmation within 24 hours before processing.
Shipping to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Address changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order goes into shipping.

Customers in the USA may be charged tax on their orders as it is required by state and local tax regulations. The amount of tax is determined by the shipping address provided during the checkout process, and it is by the applicable tax rates in that specific location.
