All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Each custom-made order requires 4 – 5 business days to process and we offer three USA shipping options: Economy, Standard and Express.

Orders were handled and shipped out from Monday to Friday.We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details such as your order number, order summary, total cost, and shipping address.
Shipping Confirmation
Your package will be shipped directly to your specified location, whether it’s your home, office, or any other desired place. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Carriers
We use Epacket, DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, or Singapore Post for all international orders. These carriers usually deliver within a week, sometimes even faster than domestic delivery. Shipping costs vary based on the value of your order. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed on the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return your order due to customs or tax charges, any additional shipping fees incurred will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Address Issues
If there is an issue with shipping due to an incorrect address provided by Jemines®, we will either issue a new order or refund the customer.
